Shipping policy
Our apparel is made to order after you purchase it. This helps us create each piece for you while reducing unnecessary overproduction.
Production and delivery estimates
- Production: Please allow 3–5 business days for your made-to-order apparel to be produced.
- Economy delivery: After production, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes approximately 2–6 business days.
Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, peak seasons, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Shipping costs
Free standard U.S. shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders of $85 or more. For other orders, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
Faster shipping
If an expedited shipping option is available for your destination, it will appear at checkout. Faster shipping can shorten transit time but does not shorten made-to-order production time.
Tracking and delivery
When your order ships, we will send a tracking link to the email address used at checkout. If you need help locating a shipment, email service@theartofblackmotherhood.com and include your order number.
Address changes and cancellations
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Because production can begin quickly, a cancellation or address-change request may only be possible before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible; requests are not guaranteed once an order is in production.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and make it right. Please do not send an item back without authorization.
