How does the Gildan Ladies tee fit?
This is a ladies-cut, slightly tapered Missy fit—not a relaxed unisex tee. It has a feminine 1/2-inch rib mid-scoop neck and a side-seamed shape. If you prefer a looser or oversized look, size up or choose a Comfort Colors® tee.
What is this tee made of?
This is a 5.3 oz. 100% preshrunk cotton tee. Fiber content varies by color: Ash is 99/1 cotton/poly; Sport Grey is 90/10 cotton/poly; and Dark Heather is 50/50 cotton/poly.
What are the tee details and print method?
This ladies tee is side-seamed with slightly tapered shaping, a feminine 1/2-inch rib mid-scoop neck, seamless rib at the neck, and double-needle stitching throughout. Your design is printed with DIGISOFT®.
What size should I order?
Suggested US dress sizing: S 4/6; M 8/10; L 12/14; XL 16/18; 2XL 18/20; 3XL 20/22.
Actual garment measurements in inches:
- S: bust 17½; body length 25½; sleeve 13¾
- M: bust 19½; body length 26; sleeve 14
- L: bust 21½; body length 27; sleeve 14¾
- XL: bust 23½; body length 28; sleeve 15¾

Bust is measured one inch below the armhole. Body length is measured from the high point of the shoulder. Sleeve length is measured from the high point of the shoulder to the sleeve hem.
How is it different from the Comfort Colors® tee?
Choose this Ladies Value Tee for a lighter 5.3 oz., shaped ladies fit at a lower price. Choose Comfort Colors® for a heavier 6.1 oz., garment-dyed, relaxed unisex fit.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry low and do not iron directly on the printed design.
When will my order arrive?
Each tee is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production, plus approximately 2–6 business days in transit for Economy delivery within the contiguous United States. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
What if there is an issue with my tee?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email service@theartofblackmotherhood.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review it and make it right.
